Sessions are 70 minutes in total. 10 minutes set-up, 50-minute session, and 10-minute breakdown.
I suggest picking some of your favorite relaxing tunes to put on in the background to help you ease and relax into it.
Wear comfy shorts and a tank top if you have them.
Make sure the temperature is warm enough so you’re comfortably resting.
Check to see if your insurance covers your session.
